A couple of years ago I was a total do-it-yourself novice. That was until I bought a semi-detached Victiorian house that need total reburbishment. Due to money restrictions I opted tackled most of the jobs my self just armed with a DIY manual and my set of budget tools, just calling upon professional help for the more specialist tasks. I have learned so much over the last 2 years I thought I’d write it all down so that others may benefit from my mistakes and discoveries.
